Your data will be stored on our stand-alone, secure server in a seperate SQL Server 2012 database.
We can provide monthly backups (.BAK files) of your database and have the backup delivered on a DVD to your office
as often as you need.

Yes and no. For the majority of users, management of the database structure by adding new tables,
importing and deleting data etc. can only be done through JunoViewer Web's user interface. However,
for more experienced database administrators, we can arrange a login which will allow access to the database
by means of SQL Server Management Studio.

From JunoViewer Web's front end, only those users that are added by you can access and view your network data. Different permission levels are provided so that you can control which users can view and which users can alter your data. On the back-end, only high level personell with access to our secure server can access your database.

Yes. Our framework includes a platform offline Field Inspection Tool (FIT) that can be used to view and gather data (including photos) while offline. Such field inspection data can then be synched back to the server with a single button click once the user is back online. Since each client's data collection needs are different, our framework can be used to build a customised yet commercially supported tool to perfectly suit your needs.
